Stand Up Your Nonprofit
The FinTech for Nonprofits workshop is designed for nonprofit executives, finance staff, and community leaders who want to use technology not only for efficiency, but as a tool to build community wealth, equity, and trust. Participants learn how to adopt fintech solutions that simplify accounting, strengthen reporting, expand donor access, and reinforce accountability to the communities they serve. Each workshop is limited to 25 participants for meaningful interaction and shared learning. Delivered as a full-day intensive (6–7 hours), the session blends instruction, peer exchange, and applied case studies. Training length and delivery can be customized to meet the needs of specific audiences or locations. Graduates leave with a FinTech for Nonprofits toolkit, including platform comparisons, implementation checklists, and sample policies, along with the confidence to use financial technology to advance equity, strengthen governance, and contribute to long-term community wealth.
The Strengthen Your Nonprofit workshop is designed for established organizations seeking to improve governance, compliance, and accountability. This training is ideal for executive directors, board officers, program managers, and finance staff who want to strengthen their organization’s internal systems and leadership practices. Each workshop is limited to 20 participants for meaningful discussion and personalized support. Delivered as a full-day intensive (6 hours), the session covers internal controls, standard operating documentation, officer roles and training, reporting requirements, and audit preparation. A comprehensive toolkit with policies, templates, and calendars is provided to help participants implement changes immediately. Graduates leave with stronger internal frameworks, compliance-ready documentation, and trained leadership equipped to guide nonprofits toward sustainable growth and long-term impact.
The Stand Up Your Nonprofit workshop is designed for new founders, grassroots leaders, and community changemakers preparing to launch or recently establish a nonprofit. Participants gain a practical roadmap for setting up their organization with confidence, covering incorporation, finance basics, and reporting requirements. Each workshop is limited to 20 participants to maximize interaction. Delivered as a half-day intensive (3.5 hours), the session balances instruction with applied exercises. Every participant receives a digital toolkit that includes sample bylaws, budget templates, and compliance checklists to extend learning beyond the workshop. Graduates leave with the essentials needed to start and manage a compliant, transparent, and credible nonprofit organization.
The Financial Trauma & Recovery Training is designed for both community members and practitioners — including case managers, social workers, and frontline staff — who support vulnerable populations. The training helps participants understand how financial trauma impacts decision-making, behavior, and overall well-being, while providing tools to promote healing and financial confidence. Each training is limited to 25 participants to create a safe, supportive, and interactive environment. Delivered as a half-day workshop (3.5–4 hours), the session combines guided instruction, group dialogue, and practical exercises. Training length and delivery can be customized to meet the needs of specific communities, agencies, or locations. Graduates leave with a Financial Wellness Toolkit that includes reflection guides, budgeting templates, and resource referrals. Community participants gain skills to start their own recovery journey, while practitioners gain strategies and resources to better support clients experiencing financial stress and trauma.
